Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all swimming pool lessons offered by Turtle Splash Swim School Limited. By signing up for our lessons, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

• All students must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.

• You must wear appropriate swimwear and follow the hygiene rules of the swimming pool facility. - You must inform the instructor of any medical conditions or disabilities that may affect your ability to swim or follow instructions.

• You must follow the instructions of the instructor and respect the safety rules of the swimming pool facilities at all times.

• You must set up and arrange a preferred payment method before attending any swimming lessons.

• You may cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you will forfeit the lesson fee.

• By joining Turtle Splash Swim School you agree to a minimum of 1 months lessons, and if cancelled before this time the payment is non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a lesson due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather, pool maintenance, instructor illness, etc. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a refund or a rescheduled lesson.

• We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of a swimming pool lesson, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by us or our instructors.

 

• We may use photos or videos taken during a swimming pool lesson for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly opt out by notifying us in the Turtle Splash child physical activity questionnaire form.
